We would rather offer you one useful thing at the right moment than six irrelevant ones at checkout. Nothing here is pushed at you during your stay unless it genuinely applies.
Prices for chargeable extras are configured by the owner and shown before you confirm. None are billed automatically.
A home for the celebrations that matter to twenty people, not two hundred. Okairi is not a party venue — it is somewhere the people closest to you can eat, sit down properly, and stay the night if they want to.
Celebrations start as an inquiry so we can talk through the day before anything is booked.
